1. Drink plenty of water!

Water based moisturizers, shower gels, lotions, and facial cleansers and lotions are miracle workers for the spring and summer season, but once you say good bye to summer you also have to part ways with your water based products and make room new items featuring oil based, rich in emollients, natural moisturizers with dual action of locking in moisture and conditioning your overall skin.
3. What to avoid: Your skin will thank you NOW!
Do avoid soaps and body washes that dry out your skin, like antibacterial soaps (use as needed, but always follow up with a rich/conditioning soap afterwards), Soaps or body washes that contain alcohol or is heavily fragranced.
4. Get the moisture juices flowing:
